For several months now, the new SPORTident cards 10 and 11 are available. They are faster and better, but unfortunately not yet compatible with HELGA! The OCX from SPORTident cannot currently read out the control numbers and split times. We are working with SPORTident to resolve this as soon as possible. In the meantime it would be better not to use these cards for now. They can be recognised by their number range, see here.
As a workaround, you could read out the data using SIConfig (for example) and check manually the control sequence.
