HELGA Release 2011/07

The next HELGA release is imminent..
In addition to some bugfixes it features
- Score race results now on WebRes too
- easier usage of different HELGADAT databases (file dialog)
- Delay start times by x minutes
- new management of special classes and class sort orders
- convenient way to visualize the raw content of the e-card
- adaptation to Brasilian championship calculation

After HELGA's success at the 5th CISM WORLD MILITARY GAMES in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil, there is now a little update to the current release, because we think that all coming events and championships should benefit from our improvements...
2 little bug fixes concern the display of start wish groups in Access 2007 or higher, and the copying of Relay or Multiday events.
But the new eye-catcher is the improved Scroll results for single or relay races, with the current state of the runner (not yet started, running since..., not started, finish time).
